WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please try to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. There is street parking available as well as a lot in the rear of the building. Arriving a bit early will allow you some extra time to prepare for your service.
To maintain the tranquil ambiance, please remember to turn off your cell phone when you arrive.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Your spa services are reserved especially for you. Sometimes life happens and you can't make your appointment, please notify 24 hours in advance of any changes. Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full.
If you are feeling ill, please stay home. This is for your safety as well as all scheduled clients.
WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 POLICIES?
In this new world, we are navigating this together. For now all clients will be asked to wear a face mask before, during and after service. If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided. While clients are face down, a face covering will be provided to allow for easier breathing. HEPA air filtration in the treatment room helps keep air clean and stringent cleaning practices to reduce risk of transmission in high contact areas. Due to the nature of close proximity and touch of bodywork - if you have had recent contact with someone who has a positive test result or symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.
