WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please try to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. There is street parking available as well as a lot in the rear of the building. Arriving a bit early will allow you some extra time to prepare for your service.
To maintain the tranquil ambiance, please remember to turn off your cell phone when you arrive.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Your spa services are reserved especially for you. Sometimes life happens and you can't make your appointment, please notify 24 hours in advance of any changes. Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged at 50% the total service cost.
If you are feeling ill, please stay home. This is for your safety as well as all scheduled clients.
