DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia tissue. A variety of techniques will be used to treat specific muscle ailments. Deep Tissue is best suited to treat a specific problem area or injury.
A gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a gentle touch, restrictions are released in the body. Helpful in the treatment of Migraines, Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, TMJ Disorder, PTSD and more. *Performed fully clothed, wear comfortable clothing.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE THERAPY
The lymphatic system is an important part of the immune system. Lymphatic vessels are very near the surface of the skin, so a light touch is required to move fluid. Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is best suited for Edema (swelling) in cases such as lymph node removal due to cancer, post-operative edema, venous stasis edema and those with a compromised immune system.
Shirodhara is the practice of releasing toxicity of the mind. A steady stream of warm oil is gently flowing onto your third eye (between eye brows) and over the crown of your head. Helpful for Vata conditions such as Anxiety, Stress, Insomnia.

Marma Massage is a very light stimulation of the 107 points on the body. A marma point is an energy center correlating to the chakras, organs, various areas of the body and emotions. Marma Massage removes blockages from the points giving physical and psychological relaxation and strength. This is a powerful process and a therapy that works with these subtle and sensitive energy points. *Treatment time will vary, generally ranging from 75 minutes to 90 minutes
A Basti is a medicinal oil treatment for relieving tensions and pains on critical areas of the body. Warm medicated oil is placed inside and allowed to penetrate deep into the skin, absorbing through to the underlying muscles, nerves and bone tissues.

This treatment is a peaceful way to soothe sore, tired and strained eyes. Dough is used to surround the eyes and act as a dam to hold warmed ghee (clarified butter) over the eyes.
This treatment starts with facial massage, lymphatic massage and warm steamed towels. It is followed by nasal administration of herbal oils to protect the sinuses and enhance prana. Nasya is used in the management of allergies, chronic sinus issues and upper respiratory issues.
The practice of placing warm sunflower oil into the ear canal. This helps supports overall ear health by offering moisture, warmth & nourishment to the ears. Helpful for ailments such as tinnitus, vertigo, chronic sinus or allergy issues.
